How do I temporarily suspend or permanently close my account?

Lazvegas allows you to temporarily or permanently close your account. After logging in, go to Account Settings and select the "Responsible Gaming" menu. From there, you can choose a cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 weeks) or self-exclusion (6 months to permanent). During a cooling-off period, your account is temporarily deactivated and reactivates once the period ends. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. If you're unable to do this through Settings, email support@lazvegas.app and we'll take care of it promptly.

Are there any fees for withdrawals, and what is the maximum amount I can withdraw?

Lazvegas generally does not charge any processing fee for withdrawals. However, bKash, Nagad, or Rocket may apply their own transaction charges – this depends on the payment provider's policy. The minimum withdrawal amount is generally ৳500. Daily withdrawal limits vary based on your account's KYC verification level – fully verified accounts have significantly higher limits. If you plan to withdraw large amounts, make sure your KYC is completed in advance. For specific limits, check the Payments page or contact support.
